SolidWorks / 3D CAD Design Engineer (Sheet Metal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 3D SolidWorks General Arrangement (GA) models and manufacturing fabrication drawings for electrical panel cabinets and modular enclosures.
- Calculate sheet metal flat pattern blank developments, bend deductions, and K-factor allowances for accurate CNC bending.
- Coordinate with client engineering teams to incorporate meter cutouts, HMI displays, ventilation louvers, and gland plates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks Sheet Metal module and AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Knowledge of standard enclosure sheet thicknesses (1.6mm to 3.0mm CRCA/SS304).
CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator & Programmer
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial fiber laser cutting machine with high-accuracy cutting programs for CRCA, GI, and SS304/SS316 sheets.
- Perform nesting optimization (CypCut / Radan) to maximize raw material yield and reduce sheet scrap.
- Calibrate laser focal height, gas pressure (Nitrogen / Oxygen), and nozzle alignment for clean burr-free cuts.
Candidate Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Mechanical, or relevant technical trade.
- Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting machines (1.5kW to 4kW).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, vernier calipers, and thickness gauges.
CNC Hydraulic Press Brake / Bending Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate computerized multi-axis hydraulic press brake machines for complex enclosure box folds and return flanges.
- Select appropriate punch and V-die tooling based on material grade (CRCA/SS304) and sheet gauge (1.6mm – 3.0mm).
- Inspect bent angles with digital bevel protractors and verify diagonal squareness for zero door misalignment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with CNC press brake controllers (Delem, Cybelec, or similar).
- Deep understanding of bend deductions, spring-back compensation, and multi-step folding sequences.
- Physical stamina and safety-first mindset for handling precision formed sheets.
Structural MIG / TIG Welder & Enclosure Fabricator
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CO2 MIG and Argon TIG welding on structural corner joints, panel frames, and base plinths.
- Weld capacitor discharge earthing studs, hinge mounting brackets, and door stiffeners with zero burn-through.
- Grind external weld seams flush and linish stainless steel (SS304) corners to a smooth aesthetic finish.
Candidate Requirements:
- Certified ITI Welder or proven apprenticeship in sheet metal enclosure fabrication.
- Ability to maintain enclosure diagonal squareness within ±1.0mm tolerance during assembly welding.
- Experience in fitting concealed hinges, multipoint cam locks, and polyurethane gaskets.
Quality Assurance QA/QC Inspector (Sheet Metal & Enclosures)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform stage-wise dimensional audits on laser cut blanks, bent parts, and welded cabinet structures against approved CAD GA drawings.
- Inspect door closure tightness, latch alignment, continuous PU foam gasket compression, and IP55/IP65 compliance.
- Document inspection reports, manage non-conformance logs (NCR), and certify finished enclosures prior to palletized dispatch.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Hands-on proficiency with precision measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauges).
- Meticulous eye for aesthetic surface defects, weld spatter, burrs, and earthing stud continuity.
